This Page Will Cover 3 General Costs

#1 Tournament Entry Fee:

$675.00 for each person fishing – $ 475.00 for anyone not fishing.

#2 Fishing Boat

$1,650.00 for 3 Nights of fishing per boat.

  • A minimum of two people ($825.00 each).
  • Maximum of 3 people ($550.00 each).

Includes: Captain – Tackle – Bait – License

Note: Captain’s tips are not included, so each boat, each night can give their Captain a tip based on their performance. Use your discretion – Good Guideline Captain 18% of Charter Cost – 18% of $550.00 = $ 100.00 use Plus or Minus from this figure – Cost is per Team not per Angler.

Per person cost varies as to how many people share the condo all units are 3 bedroom units. No deposit for condo’s are required again this
year.

This years cost for the first 15 condo’s booked or those booked by March 19, 2018 will be $ 2,150.00 (which includes taxes, fees ect.),
for up to a 7 night stay and can be paid with a credit card for your convenience.

The way it will work this year you will, on your registration form tell me how many condo’s you need I will let Key’s Caribbean Resort know and you will be called by Stacy Dodson from Key’s Caribbean Resorts and she will handle the complete transaction. She will take your credit card number at that time of booking and not process the charge to your credit card until March 19, 2018.

If you have to cancel for some reason as long as you cancel by March 19, 2018 you will not be charged for the condo, Any units booked after the 15 th condo or on or after March 19, 2018 the price will then go up to $2,600.00 for your cost of rental.

Maid service will be done on each condo at the time of departure and is included in the rental price. The fee you pay for the rental of the condo is for a 5 night rental and it entitles you to a 7 night stay however these up to 2 free nights can be used after the Tournament up to May 5, 2018. So please indicate your arrival and departure date on the registration form.

The condo’s are very roomy (3 Bedroom, 2 ½ Baths, Full Kitchen ect.) if you would like to split a condo with some of the other Tournament participants we can help work it out for you just give Bob Traa a call at his office (609) 645-1840 Ext 115 or my his cell at (609) 517-1293 and he will help put it together for you. By doing this you will greatly cut your cost of attending the Tournament. I was not able to get as many condo’s as usual this year so please book as early as you can.

We again have a very good 2nd choice for your place to stay at the Tarpon Tournament. If you have a need and would like a very nice Hotel to stay in this is your place. The Hyatt was opened in Dec of 2014 and we had about 8 of our Tournament participants stay in this hotel last year. Everyone I talked too loved it. Your room includes a hot AM Kitchen Skillet breakfast daily. Complimentary overnight parking and WIFI.

Our special group rate is as follows:

1 or 2 person in room — $ 169.00 Plus 12 ½ % Tax per night.

For extra person in room = $ 10.00 per person plus tax (up to 4 people).

Our Group Code is G-FBR1 and you will make you own reservation.

Please call the hotel reservation at line at 1-855- 546-0338 to place you reservation.

In your reservation form for the Tournament please indicate that you will be staying at Hyatt Place Hotel. Reservations should be made as soon as you can the price will be honored up to April 14, 2017. You should book for the Tournament Thursday April 27, 2017 and you can checkout on Tuesday May 2, 2017 total of 5 nights.

One of the three meal events during the Tournament will be held outside the Restaurant at the hotel overlooking the beautiful Faro Blanco Marina. The resort area that they created when they built the hotel is very well done and you will be staying right there at their facility.

The cost for 2 people with tax included for 5 nights will be $ 950.60 up to April 14, 2017. After that date the group rate is not available.
